In nine-plus years of business development and placement work, one truth kept showing up: when the match between a person and a company is right, both grow. When it's wrong, both lose.
Before starting Ascenvo, our founder spent the most rewarding chapter of his career as a placement officer at an edu-tech firm — guiding more than a hundred candidates into roles across IT, manufacturing, and adjacent industries. Working with freshers — watching someone go from "no offer" to "first job" — turned out to be more satisfying than any other line of work.
That experience built two things: a deep network of 500+ IT companies across Pune, and a conviction that the placement industry needs more people who actually care about the human on the other side of the resume.

What we focus on
While our network spans many industries, our specialty is IT placements in Pune — particularly for freshers and professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a segment that bigger agencies tend to under-serve because the commissions are smaller. We've made it our focus precisely because of that.
We work with three sides of the placement equation: client companies who need quality hires, candidates who deserve a real shot, and training institutes who want their students placed well.
