In nine years of business development and placement work, one truth kept showing up: when the match between a person and a company is right, both grow. When it's wrong, both lose.
Before starting Ascenvo, our founder spent the most rewarding chapter of his career as a placement officer at an edu-tech firm — guiding more than a hundred candidates into roles across IT, manufacturing, and adjacent industries. Working with freshers — watching someone go from "no offer" to "first job" — turned out to be more satisfying than any other line of work.
That experience built two things: a deep network of 500+ IT companies across Pune, and a conviction that the staffing industry needs more people who actually care about the human on the other side of the resume.
